- 2pm: Photographing the Government House Gardens
- 3pm: Socializing, Games,
- 4pm: the Potluck begins. Entrees and Salads preferred over desserts.
- NOTE: Alcoholic beverage consumption and smoking prohibited.
The club will supply Cake / Pop / Ice / Plates.
